What a complete quote must include
If the quote does not name the piping length included, that is where the extra charges appear on installation day.

- Trunking or casing, with the colour and length specified

- Electrical wiring and isolator

How to choose the right system size
BTU should match the room, not the price list. As a rough Singapore guide: a standard HDB bedroom needs 9,000 BTU, a master bedroom 9,000–12,000 BTU, and a living/dining area 18,000–24,000 BTU.
Also check the total capacity of the outdoor unit. A System 4 that cannot support all four indoor units at full load will underperform on the hottest afternoons.
