Chemical Wash

Bring back strong, cold airflow when general servicing isn't enough.

A chemical wash is for units with clogged coils, weak airflow, ice build-up or a lingering musty smell. We use food-grade chemical solution to dissolve dust, grease and biofilm trapped deep in the evaporator fins that a normal service can't reach.

The fan coil is partly dismantled on-site, chemical-treated, flushed with clean water, then reassembled and tested. Most units regain full cooling performance the same day.

Chemical Overhaul

The deepest clean for heavily used or long-neglected units.

A chemical overhaul is a full dismantle: we remove the fan coil casing, blower fan, water tray and drainage from the wall, then chemical-treat each part separately in a soak bath. The evaporator coil is flushed until water runs clear.

This is the go-to fix for units that haven't been serviced in years, are dripping water, blowing warm air or making rattling noises. It's like a brand-new unit when we're done — often adding 3–5 years of trouble-free life.

Gas Top-Up

Restore cold air when refrigerant is running low.

If your aircon runs but doesn't get cold, or the outdoor condenser ices over, refrigerant level is usually the cause. We connect a pressure manifold to your system, diagnose the actual pressure vs manufacturer spec, then top up with the correct refrigerant — R22, R32 or R410a.

We also leak-test the joints before topping up. Charging a system with a leak is a temporary fix — we'll identify and quote the repair honestly if we find one.
