What general servicing includes
- Remove and wash the air filters
- Vacuum the indoor unit body and front panel
- Clean the drain pan and check the condensate flow
- Wipe down the evaporator fins
- Check the outdoor unit and clear surrounding debris
- Test the cooling output and report anything that needs attention
The 3-times-yearly contract (our best value)
Three scheduled visits a year hits the right servicing interval for a Singapore home used daily — you never reach the point where a chemical wash becomes necessary.
It includes one free mattress cleaning, and contract customers get priority scheduling.
How often should you service?
- Daily use (bedrooms, nightly): every 3 months
- Moderate use (living room, evenings): every 4 months
- Light or occasional use: every 6 months
- Homes with pets, near a kitchen, or by a main road: every 2–3 months

Do you charge a transport or minimum-unit fee?
Pricing is per unit as quoted. Any minimum applicable to your job is stated up front before booking, never added on site.
How long does a servicing visit take?
General servicing is roughly 20–30 minutes per unit; steam and chemical work take 45–60 minutes per unit.
Can I book same-day servicing?
Often yes, subject to availability. WhatsApp us and we will confirm the nearest slot.
